The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and polite, making my stay a pleasant one. They were always helpful and had a great attitude. , the location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to shops and restaurants nearby. Lastly, I really appreciated the spacious room with a balcony, giving me a nice view and a comfortable place to relax.
One downside of my stay was that the mattress in my room was uncomfortably hard, and I could feel the springs as I slept. This made it difficult to get a good night's rest.

Barrio Fiesta, which can be found only 300 ft away, was a fast option. Superb base for a weekend in Manila! We loved our stay.
All was good.

not much to like
If not the worst hotel I have ever visited, this certainly ranks high amongst the worse. A grossly overpriced hotel, with no niceties, very simple furniture, strange smells and the company of cockroaches. Try and avoid it if you can!!!!

The restroom is dirty. Lots of cockroach, told the staff about it but ignore it that leads us to check out the earliest time in the morning.

This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is convenient to all, with easy access to the main bar area in Makati, close proximity to malls and restaurants, and the vibrant nightlife. The staff provides excellent service and the rooms are well equipped with basic amenities. I particularly loved the rooms with a balcony and the option for a kitchen. The view from the hotel is also impressive. Additionally, the breakfast provided was satisfying, ensuring a good start to the day.
Everything was satisfactory at this hotel.

The staff is really friendly and helpful ! They always find a way for a nice stay. They served the breakfast in the room perfectly on time.
unfortunately the room are not nice than expected. The cleanliness is not perfect. The furniture quite old. A small painting renovation and better cleanliness will make this hotel a good option for budget traveller. the location on Booked.net is wrong. The taxi search a lot of time. (the hotel is located on the other side of the Makati boulevard.)

- Free early check in
I don't recommend anyone to stay at this place until management decides to place interests of guests first. - breakfast was horrible - i paid online and got a receipt but their system did not reflect my payment and i had to prove that i had paid. - wash the beddings - website never says wifi in rooms is not free...you just hear it at the counter.\ - WIFI charges are Very HIGH++ more than other hotels in Makati...

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the central district, close to many restaurants, a mall, and even a church. The rooms are basic but have all the amenities you need, including a kitchen, a balcony with a view, and a delicious breakfast to start your day.
The only minor flaw I encountered was the need to wait a bit longer for towels and other requests. However, overall, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It is conveniently situated near a beautiful church, which was perfect for me as I wanted to attend mass during my stay. the hotel is just a short walk away from the main bar area in Makati, making it an excellent choice for those who enjoy nightlife. the proximity to shopping malls and restaurants was also a huge plus, as I found it easy to explore and try out different cuisines. the spacious rooms and delicious breakfast added to the overall positive experience.
I did notice some cleanliness issues in the bathroom, such as dirty tiles and stained shower curtains.

The location was convenient for our romantic escape, with plenty of bars nearby for a night out. the room was also a nice size with a comfortable bed, perfect for a cozy evening in.
the breakfast was often served late and cold, and the staff seemed unaware of the local area.
